Structural and architectural hemp bio-boards — the SIPS skins, plus board for cabinetry, joinery and flooring. A drop-in, low-carbon alternative to MDF, particleboard and plasterboard. Ranges include HulkX, HulkBoard, Hulk Plus 1 & 2 in 12–40 mm, 1200 × 2400. Route trade buyers to an enquiry.
2 kg samples available (enquire). Available in bulk — ~500 kg bags. For hempcrete walls, insulation and infill.
Lime-based binder for hempcrete production, sold alongside the hurd so builders can mix and pour on site.
Hemp nonwoven matting for insulation and carpet underlay, produced on the factory’s nonwoven line — a low-carbon underlay/insulation product for builders.
Premium hemp-hurd animal bedding in a retail 2 kg pack — an entry-level, high-repeat consumer product and a soft top-of-funnel lead source.
